In this chapter, you will learn about the expression used to :

1.       Ask someone to do something (meminta seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu)

2.       Invite someone to do something (mengundang seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu)

3.       Ask for someone’s permission (meminta ijin seseorang)

 

A.  Ask Someone To Do Something (Meminta seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu)

 

We can’t always do anything by ourselves. We often need someone else. if we can’t do something, we usually ask for someone else to help us. In English we can use imperative sentence to as for help.

Would you like turning down the radio, please? (maukah kamu mengecilkan volume radionya)
